Ouray Jeep Adventure Day 4 Black Bear Pass

This is more of the Red Mountain Highway - we were very glad we didn't take the RV up this...

Can't get enough of the wildflowers!

Always interesting to see the road we just came up...

I'm not really sure why most of us are leaning down... :)

Can you pick the Jeeps out over there?

Tony & Linda

and there's Turbo...

We were at ~12,840 - Telluride is at 8,750 ft - so about 4,000 ft below us...

Old power lines?

Just refreshing your memory from a few days ago - this is what we are about to go down... :)

Getting a little closer...

This was a bit intimidating...

There was a bit of trust involved on some of these corners. Scott kept reminding me that all he could see was me - and air...

This was a bit of a rush - that cliff has a very long drop off...

Bridal Veil Falls

Turbo was tired of having pictures taking of him I guess...

We left Telluride and then went back to Ouray via Ophir. It wasn't a very pretty  - in fact it was mostly a lot of rock. Just a big mountain of rock in fact. Scott's comment was "God had to put the rocks from the Grand Canyon somewhere..."

Love these two guys!
