It feels like summer in Alaska is over...it has been raining in Anchorage so much that it reminds me of the rain in SouthEast Alaska! Scott continues to be on Tananga Island - he is able to call on a satellite phone about every 4-5 days - we are able to talk for about 5 minutes or so. It's tough but we are keeping our eye on the prize - we pray that after lots of hard work this summer we will be able to take a few months off this fall to get started on traveling.

I wish I had a picture to add - I was at a goodbye party for a friend last night and should have taken one but didn't think about bringing the camera. In the meantime - it was good to visit with all of you 5North friends - and make new ones! Tammy - we are looking forward to seeing you in the lower 48!
